Must call for a return authorization number.

All Progressive Labs’ products carry our 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, return the unused portion within60 days, along with a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied.

Payment and Returns. Reseller shall pay for all orders of Products via a prepaid check or credit card. Account terms are not permitted. Product returns must be preapproved and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not accept returns for products after 60 days from shipping; marked with prices or otherwise defaced; have been opened or the safety seal is broken; and/or are otherwise unfit for resale. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Claims:

Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Claims for damaged merchandise should be made with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Attention:

We cannot issue credit for products which are over 2 months old, marked with prices, damaged or if the bottles have been opened and the seals broken. Returned products must be in sellable condition. Please call for return authorization. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. All returns are subject to a restocking and handling charge. SAMe, Flax Seed Oil (liquid) and acidophilus products (Acidophilus, Bifido Complex, Multi Dophilus, and Probiotic MPF) are non-returnable because they require refrigeration. We, therefore, would not be able to guarantee potency on these returned products that are to be resold.

Although we make every effort to keep our price list as current as possible, fluctuating prices of raw materials may make it necessary to change our prices without adequate time to notify our customers. We are not responsible for printing errors.
