Methyl B12 provides 1,000 mcg of vitamin B12 in the bioavailable, active form of methylcobalamin in addition to 400 mcg of folate for a balanced approach to nerve support, energy production and blood health.  Additionally, Methyl B12 provides 46 mg of vitamin B6 in pyridoxine and the activated pyridoxine-5-phospate form.‡
