SWITCHING BETWEEN ACCOUNTS
Now that you are an affiliate, you have two separate accounts at Progressive Labs – your traditional “customer” account found at the “CUSTOMER LOGIN” button in the header menu of all pages, and your Affiliate account found as the “Affiliate Login” link under the “AFFILIATE” tab in the header menu. Because you became an affiliate through your customer account, your login to either account is the same – easier for you to remember. You can go from your Customer Account (“My Account”) to your affiliate account by clicking the “Affiliate Dashboard” link in your Customer Account. If you are in your Affiliate Dashboard, you simply exit to the site using the “Back to site” link in the upper left of your Affiliate Dashboard, and then just click the “CUSTOMER LOGIN” button to return to your Customer Account.
AFFILIATE SALES VS. AFFILIATE NETWORKING
You have two opportunities to earn commmissions in the Progressive Labs program. One is by referring customers to Progressive Labs to make regular purchases, and the other is to refer new affiliates to this program. It’s important you use the correct link for each purpose. Both links are found in your affiliate dashboard. In the Affiliate Dashboard, the link for consumer sales is titled “Affiliate URLs”. Share this link with people who can then use your link to access the Progressive Labs website and make purchases, earning you commissions.
The “Network” affiliate link, found in the section by that name, is the link you would send to someone who’s interested in also becoming an affiliate. If they register for the affiliate program using your link you will earn an additional commission on all of their sales!
WHEN ARE COMMISSIONS PAID?
Commissions are paid by the 15th of the month, on any prior sales that have not already been commissioned, as long as those sales are at least 30 days old. This allows for cancellations, returns, etc. that would not be commissioned.
